Many Places who claim to undertake your repairs infact out source them (or farm out) to an external workshop as they either do not have the facilities in house or do not possess the expertise to complete the required tasks in hand.

Here at Hemel Trophies & Jewellers Ltd we are different.

 

When you entrust your precious Jewellery with us we complete all repairs on the premises (in-house) with the exception of hallmarking & some specialised stone setting services.

 

You can come and speak to our reassuring Jeweller Anne-Marie who personally has over 30 years of experience repairing, making, altering or manufacturing bespoke pieces of Jeweller.

 

She will listen to your concerns & quires, then guide you through what is required & advise on any other work that may possibly be required that does not initially appear obvious.

There is no point replacing a worn out clasp on a necklace only to find it breaks somewhere else in the chain two weeks later.

 

Whilst with us, your Jewellery is securely stored in our locked, alarmed, monitored & shuttered premises and updates or progress reports on your repairs are always available from us with a quick call.
